Thermal imaging can differentiate between the temperature of wall linings and the temperature of the stud, and is used to detect damp timber, leaks, condensation, moisture and cladding failure.
We are very much aware of the requirements of all councils (local and afar) regarding relocation reports as part of consent (planning and building) approvals. We carry out a site visit to determine the condition of the building for removal, photograph it and make all recommendations necessary in the report.
